What is the turnaround time for the jackets?
Currently, all our jackets are handmade to order, just to keep the leather safe & fresh. All the jackets are delivered within a time frame of 10 to 12 Business Days.
What quality is the leather?
All our Jackets are made of “Premium Quality Lambskin Leather”.
How long does it take for you to reply to my query?
We incur high volumes of customer care in peak traffic times, but we will always endeavour to get back to you within 12 hours. This time may vary depending on public holidays and weekends.
No, we do not provide refunds. However, items can be exchanged or a store credit can be provided upon return. Store credit can be used anytime and lasts forever.
How do I know when you have received my return?
Returns are processed immediately once the customer's return is received. You will receive an email with your return information when complete.
How can I track my order?
Once your parcel has been dispatched and picked up by the courier, an email will be sent to you from the courier company (Australia Post, DHL etc) that will provide you with a link and a tracking number that will enable you to follow your parcel.
Can I change my order?
If you need to make urgent changes to your order please email us with the correct changes and include your order number within 1 working day. Please make sure your email is sent by 10pm AEST, we will endeavour any changes, If the parcel has already been dispatched changes cannot be made.
Once a payment has been received and your order is completed it is then subject to the returns policy. Please note changes to the address cannot be made once the order leaves our warehouse as it becomes the property of the courier company.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of order being placed. Please email us at email@example.com for any changes.
The item I wanted is no longer on the website, will it be restocked?
If there is a particular item you wish to purchase but is no longer available on the website, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org where we will inform you on whether this item will be restocked.

The following returns policy is drafted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law which is overseen by the Australian Competition and Consumer commission.
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS.
We do allow exchanges on return of items. You will be provided with a store credit to place your exchange order.
Our products can be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product can be exchanged for sizeor returned for astore credit. Store credit can be used anytime and it will last forever.
To be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 30 days
The product isn't used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
